Agile

The Agile Manifesto introduced the notion of “agile software development” in 2001. It is a unique, iterative, and incremental development technique in managing software businesses. However, since then, the techniques have been expanded to other industries. The notion of Lean especially comes into play for a more specific Agile approach – Scrum.
