The Agile Manifesto introduce the notion of “agile software development” in 2001. It is an unique, iterative and incremental development technique in managing software businesses. However, since then, the techniques have been expanded to other industries. The notion of Lean especially comes into play, for a more specific Agile approach – Scrum.
